The data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR in connection with sending your inquiry via the Contact Form – in order to contact the Administrator, as well as correspondence regarding his company and the products and services offered by him via the website https://heavycat.pl. The data will be stored in the Administrator’s database for the duration of correspondence between the Parties. You will have the right to request the Administrator to access your personal data and to rectify, delete, supplement or limit processing, as well as the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data – on the terms set out in art. 16 – 21 GDPR. If you find that your data is processed contrary to the provisions of the law, you will be able to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, which, however, will not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal, and submit a complaint to the supervisory authority.
